2 succumbed, 3 injured in road mishaps

Srinagar, February 29: Two injured persons succumbed , while three  others were injured in different road traffic  accidents across the Kashmir alley.One Abdul Rashid Gujjar resident of Batanoor, Tral succumbed  to his injures at SKIMS Soura, Srinagar. The deceased had injured in a road traffic accident on Febuary, 27^th 2012, near Awantipora National Highway

 In a similar incident, a  Motorcycle bearing registration number JK03/4779 hit one person Jamal-ud-Din age 50 years son of Ghulam Mohammad resident of Ashmuqam at Badigam, Anantnag, falling under the jurisdiction of police station Ashmuqam, resulting in injuries to Jamal-ud-Din and Motorcyclist Mukhtar Ahmed Bhat age 26 years son of Abdul Gani resident of Ashmuqam. Both the injured were shifted to Public health Center Seer, Anantnag, where inured Jamal-ud-Din succumbed to his injuries. Another injured was shifted to district hospital Anantnag for further treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.

 Meanwhile, a Tavera vehicle bearing registration number JK01Q/3689 hit and injured Ashiq Hussain son of Ghulam Rasool resident of Cheanbal near Bust Stop Cheanbal, Baramulla, falling under the jurisdiction of police station Pattan today. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.

In a similar incident, a  Motorcycle driven by Aashiq Hussain Lone resident of Dad Ompora hit and injured a girl Afroza age 17 years daughter of Showkat Ahmed resident of Ikhrajpora near PCR, Srinagar falling under the jurisdiction of police station Batamaloo. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
