Former Chief Minister and Vice-president Jammu Kashmir
National Confrence, Omar Abdullah on Tuesday accused Peoples Democratic
Party (PDP) and Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) of approaching New Delhi and
seeking deferment of elections in the state.
"We
made to clear that our party (NC) is ready for polls. As per Supreme
Court orders election commission has to conduct elections in the state
within six months but its Prime Minister Narendra Modi who has to
decide," Omar Abdullah told media here at Kundroo Anantnag after
visiting family of deceased party block President Shangus.
