rinagar, September 17 ): The New Delhi-appointed interlocutors on Kashmir have said that they will submit the final report to the Indian government in first week of October.
Chief interlocutor, Dileep Padgonkar in a media interview after visiting Samba district of the region said, “Our term comes to an end on October 12. The report will be handed over before that. There will be absolutely no delay.”
Asked to comment on the report of the Human Rights Commission of theregion about unmarked graves in north Kashmir, he said, “I can’t comment on it as I’ve no information about it.”
