Army organized Interactive Session on “Employment Generation Prospects & Career Counseling” in degree college Anantnag

Anantnag, 22 Dec: An Interactive Session on “Employment Generation Prospects & Career Counseling” was conducted by Victor Force under the aegis of Chinar Corps in coordination with Government Boy’s Degree College, Anantnag at the premises of college. This Session was attended by many distinguished guest and career counselors from New Delhi.

The seminar started with the General Aptitude Test for more than 700 students. The test was followed by the interactive session. The panelists included Director, Khadi & Village Commission; Mr. Sadiq, Mr Layek Ahmad Jan from J & K Bank, Dr. Khurshis-ul-Islam, Mr Sofi Arafat,   Mr Sanjay Modgill & Mr Rajneesh Puri from Delhi guided and motivated the young boys & girls about various golden opportunities which are available to them in the country. They also answered questions which were put to them by the students of various streams.

This was a unique forum conducted for the benefit of students in South Kashmir. Maj Gen Gurdeep Singh, GOC, Victor Force also exhorted. The seminar gave the boys and girls an opportunity to shape a beautiful future for them and Kashmir. Maj Gen Gurdeep Singh, GOC, Victor Force, thanked the speakers & also the administrative staff for coordinating the seminar which is another step towards harmonizing relations between Awam aur Jawan.

More than 1500 students participated & acknowledged efforts of the army for providing them this platform.
