MLC flags off Education cum motivational tour

Anantnag, Dec 19:An educational and  cultural tour organized by the Army’s  50  Regiment of 1 RR was flagged off by MLC, Dr Bashir Ahmad Veeri who was accompanied by various army officals The tour has been organized with an aim to bring these young students closer to the rich and diverse Indian culture.

Dr Veeri was the chief guest on the occasion. He addressed the function and said that the role of India army in state jammu and Kashmir in last five to six years  through sadbanna programs had highly been appreciated by  the  civil society and has yielded visible results. Such educational tours  gives opportunity to young generation  to have wider explore of their views and developments taking place rest of the country. Such exposer not only enhances their comprehensive capability in curricular activities but at the same encourages them to think beyond four walls of the valley. Dr veeri insisted accompanying teaching staff and guide to elaborate importance of the places they are scheduled to visit he also advised young students to observe activities developmental as socioeconomic of the areas they visit
