The National Panthers Party has filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court of India seeking direction to the Union of India and the Government of Jammu and Kashmir to hand over the case of death of Syed Mohammad Yusuf to the Central Bureau of Investigations.
NPP legislator, Balwant Singh Mankotia, who is also the state president, filed the petitioner in the Apex Court.
