Jama'at condemned youth's killing

Jama’at-e-Islami J&K strongly condemns the brutal killing of an innocent youth, Ashiq Hussain Rather of Laisar Rafiabad by RR personnel without any apparent cause and demands an immediate arrest of the delinquent army personnel and initiation of legal action against them.

Jama’at also extends its sympathy with the bereaved family. Such type of killings clearly shows that the Indian army deployed here has been granted free license to cause any damage to life and property of any Kashmiri with the assurance that no action, administrative or judicial, can be taken against them for which AFSPA like inhuman and brutal laws are in force here with the help of anti-people local rulers, Jama’at spokesman Advocate Zahid Ali told  Media  in a statement.
