Govt. trying to divert attention of people from basic problems: Hussain

Kokernag Nov. 17: PDP Senior leader of Peoples Democratic Party and former Minister Peer Mohammad Hussain today said that the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah is trying to divert the attention of people from basic problems faced related to their day to day life by raising the hollow slogan of “AFSPA “withdrawal.
  Speaking on one day workers convention held by PDP in Kokernag area of Anantnag District,  Hussain said that present coalition government has failed on every agenda including corruption menace. He said that the people of Jammu and Kahmir are facing lot of problems due to insufficient water supply, electric supply, essential commodities etc.

Referring to NC King Makers, Syed Yousuf Custodial death,  Hussain said,” deceased died due to this menace in which NC top  leaders including chief Minister  Omar Abdullaha  & Farooq Abdullaha are involved, to hide these facts and to divert the attention of people from their sinful activities Omar is now playing the tactics of AFSPA withdrawal.” Adding that if Chief Minsiter  Omar Abdullaha is serious regarding this issue then why he is talking of its withdraw from certain areas and why not from whole J&K.

Hundreds of party workers were present in the convention among several leaders including MLC Choudhary Nizamdin & Abdul Rahim Rather, who also spoke in the convention.
