May 02: Days after joining militant outfit Jaish-e-Mohmmad, 22 year old
Faisal Nazir from South Kashmir's Anantnag district on Tuesday turned
down the request of his mother by saying he will not return home.
A
two minute 47 second audio has appeared on Social media, in which the
man in the audio introduces himself as Faisal Nazir of Islamabad
(anantnag) township in South Kashmir.

Nazir Mir son of Nazir Ahmed Mir, a resident of Nai Basti area in South
Kashmir’s Islamabad (Anantnag) District joined the dreaded Militant
outfit Jaish e Muhammad on April 27, according to reports.
“
I am Faisal Nazir from Nai Basti area of Islamabad (anatnag) township
of South Kashmir, I want to tell my family who have been appealing me to
return, that I will not return home,” he says in an audio tape that has
went viral on Social media sites.
“We
know our friends and enemies, This is the path of the truth and do not
assume that I will ever return,I want you to pray for me, I am fine,”
Faisal says in unverified audio tape.
He asked his family members to not speak to any media persons.
The family of Faisal Nazir had issued an emotional appeal to Faisal asking him to return.
Her
mother told Early Times that Faisal left home before 14 days ago and a
picture showing him holding AK47 rifle appeared on social media sites
after Bijbehara encounter in which two militants were killed.
"He
told that he is visiting a shop on K P Road and he will return after
few minutes but after few hours I found his cellphone switched off" she
said while appealing her son to return home.
"I haven't given permission so his colleagues must allow him to return home," he added.
