‘Pro-India parties playing politics on AFSPA revocation’


Srinagar, November 21  All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC) senior leader, Shabbir Ahmad Shah has said that the puppet administration is playing politics on the revocation of black law, Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA).

Talking to Peace News Kashmir  on Monday, Shabbir Ahmad Shah said that if the authorities were really serious in their demand to repeal the draconian law, AFSPA, they should step down. He said that the pro-India politicians in the territory including the ruling, National Conference (NC) were not serious in revoking the black law.
The senior APHC leader said that Kashmiri youth and minors were being arrested and sent to jails of India and the  territory but the  authorities had become a mute spectacle. He said that actually Indian military was running the affairs of the occupied territory.
Shabbir Ahmad Shah stressed India to take serious and solid steps for giving the Kashmiris their birthright to self-determination.
