Two union Ministers arriving today in Kashmir, first ever party workers convention in Phalgam constituency scheduled

Srinagar, August 22: with slogan ‘Dilli Huyi Hamari, Ab Kashmir Ki Bari’, two Bahartiya Janta Party Union ministers will arrive today in Kashmir to boost the morale of the party wing which has been asked to intensify its campaign for contribution in Mission 44+. Interestingly, for the first time party has managed to organize a workers convention in Phalgam constituency in view of the one union ministers visit to the area which is itself encouraging.
Highly placed sources told Early Times that the Union Minister for agriculture Radhay Mohan Singh and Union minister for Power, Coal and New & Renewable Energy Piyush Goyal will arrive in Srinagar today. Apart from state protocol, party leaders will receive the ministers at Srinagar international Airport, reveled BJP sources.
They said that Union Minister for Agriculture is scheduled to inaugurate a saffron park in Pampore after which the minister will travel to Srigufwara area of Phalgam constituency where he will address a workers convention.

“It is for the first time that a union minister will address party workers convention in Kashmir division after the general elections. We are finalized all the arrangements and we expect that over thousand party activists will attend the convention.” BJP leader Sofi Yousf informed early Times.
He said that besides addressing the workers convention, Union Minister will interact with several delegations. “I received many telephone calls, letters and verbal messages from the local residents of Bijbehara and Phalgam constituency and requested to arrange their meetings with the minster so that they can raise their issues related agriculture and allied sectors.” said Sofi Yousf, adding Singh will visit Homeshalibugh Assembly segment of South Kashmir to meet party workers, booth workers and BJP activists who have been assigned respective polling booths to ensure people vote for their party on 24th of this month.
Pertinently Srigufwara is the native area of BJP leader Sofi Yousf who had unsuccessful contested three consecutive assembly elections from the Phalgam assembly segment.
Meanwhile, BJP sources also revealed that the union minister for Power, Coal and New & Renewable Energy Piyush Goyal will also arrive in Srinagar today. Goyal is scehedlued to attend an official function in SKICC Srinagar after he will meet the party workers in Party head office at Raj Bajh Srinagar.
