As per details, Mevish Jan, a resident of village Dingowari Manzmoh of Qazigund was brought to hospital in a makeshift cradle as Mechanical Department hadn’t cleared the roads. A video showing family carrying the pregnant lady has also appeared on social media sites.

Family travelled around six kilometers from the village to reach on Srinagar-Jammu National Highway. However, on reaching the National Highway, the family members alleged that they didn’t receive any help from the Qazigund Hospital.
